Meredith Anne | Two Months Old

I cannot believe my baby girl turned two months old this past Sunday! Time is just flying by, and she is growing so fast! It is so fun to watch her learn new things and reach new milestones. There is definitely no shortage of kisses for her either. She is so loved.

What's new?

• Weight: 
• She attended nursery for the first time (both Wednesday night & Sunday morning).
• She is smiling big. The most beautiful, heart gushing smile I've ever seen! 
• She went from being the best sleeper to the worst sleeper, especially during the day.
• She is a bit on the "high maintenance" side...
• She loves to be cuddled/carried everywhere and in constant motion.
• She doesn't like it when you leave the room if she is awake.
• She finally decided the swing is not so bad after all.
• She hates the crib with a passion.
• She still takes a bottle every 2-3 hours, and demands it when she is hungry.
• She will sleep anywhere from 6-8 hours at night, but getting her to sleep is the difficult part. (Colic is the worst...)
• She loves, loves, loves bath time. It is her favorite part of the day, and her little internal baby alarm clock nows around the time she should be getting her bath. When it is time, she demands "I want bath time now!" Put her in the tub, there is immediate smiling and happiness.
• She doesn't like it if her diaper is wet and poopy. Understandable, lol. She does enjoy getting her diaper changed.
• She has a love/hate for tummy time. It just depends on her mood. She can lift her head off the ground a little, but if you put her on your chest or shoulder she can lift her head all the way. She tries to scoot when on the floor though. Once she gets this down, she may just skip rolling and go straight to crawling!
• She prefers to be sitting up when you hold her. She wants to see what is going on.

We love you sweet girl! We can't wait to see what month three will be like! 

Hannah Grace | Spring Mini | Walter Jones Historic Park | Mandarin, FL

Yesterday was my first opportunity to shoot at Walter Jones Historic Park in Mandarin. It is definitely going to be added as one of my favorites places in my repertoire of photography locations! The morning light could not have been more perfect, and the beautiful greenery surrounding the park was just stunning. The large oaks trees, southern magnolias, and occasionally a citrus tree of some kind were so lovely together. Don't even get me started on the old farmhouse. It is dreamy!

The location was gorgeous, but what stood out more than anything was the beautiful baby girl I had the privilege of capturing. Miss Hannah Grace is such a sweet, sweet baby! Her little smile just melted my heart, and her personality made it so easy to capture her expressions! I loved working with her Mommy & Daddy! Thank you for being such go-with-the-flow clients! (Spit up and face-hiding-in-pillow incidents are bound to happen with little ones, so it makes it all more the fun!)
